GT Emblems: Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

The pictures and artwork requested or provided by you, the customer, and used by GT Emblems to create a custom product for you, could have come from a number of sources that are not controlled or maintained by GT Emblems or our factory.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know whether or not they are authorized to use the pictures, symbols, Logo’s or artwork content on the item that is being customized for them by GT Emblems. Any legal issues that might arise from the content that the purchaser chooses to have on their custom items design is 100% the customers responsibility, and GT Emblems will not be held liable for any reason if content is used illegally.

Your mold, die or other electronic or mechanical template will remain property of GT Emblems which can only be used for reorders when requested from you or someone you have given authority too. This is to ensure 100% control of your products and how many items are produced during the life of the design.

Comments sent via email or USPS mail may be used as a customer testimonial within this website. When sending emails or regular mail, you authorize GT Emblems the use of any or all comments made within the email or letter.

Any layout changes, after we complete the design to your initial specifications, will result in additional design fees of $60.00 per hour to cover the additional time required redoing your layout and artwork.

If GT Emblems designers start work on your design, and you choose to cancel the order, you will be charged a $135.00 cancellation fee and if production of your die has commenced there will be an additional fee which is non refundable of up to $500.00; or the actual cost of manufacture whichever is less.

Your design layout will not go into production until you give your final approval and proof the item for layout, size, spelling and coloring errors.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all orders. (Prices will vary on content, size and weight of item(s) being shipped.)  Although products purchased from GT Emblems are normally delivered within 2-3 weeks, the purchaser needs to understand that there are no guaranteed delivery dates. GT Emblems will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items.  We always recommend a minimum of 4 weeks to have your order delivered.  That allows for production or shipping errors that are out of our hands.

If there is an error on your design which was our fault, your item will be re-made at no cost to you.

Because all of our items are custom products, they cannot be returned for any reason.
We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.

Price guarantee:  We try and have the most competitive pricing available.  We shop our competitors on a regular basis and stay up to date on precious metal, petroleum and other commodities that may affect the actual price of your item.  If our quoted prices are not the lowest of any legitimate manufacturer, we offer our 110% price match guarantee.  It is simple, show us quote from a competitor for an identical item and we will match it.  We also offer an additional 10% of product for that same price!  We want your business and will work hard to earn it!
