  • All credit and debit card information collected on-line or over the telephone is protected by a secure database that protects your information and will not allow us to retrieve or access personal information. Each transaction may be traced by the last four digits of your card and a unique transaction ID.
  • Any credit card information collected on site (by telephone or in person) is immediately shredded once a transaction ID has been issued by the bank card processor.
Our Commitment To Data Security:

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Under no circumstances is any credit information, personal or professional information ever placed onto a laptop, portable drive or other portable media.

Information we collect about other people:

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.


Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:


Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

We will not accept orders from, or collect any information from anyone that we know to be younger than 18 years old.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:

If you feel your information has been breached in any way, or you are the victim of identity theft please call us at 503.419.6478 so that we may assist you. 

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. 

We will cooperate with any investigating agency to assist you.  We utilize the US Postal Service for most of our shipping needs.  This further protects you in the case of a fraudulent transaction.  Mail fraud is a felony and will be investigated by the US Postal Inspector.

What can you do to help?


  • Never share personal information or credit card information via email.
  • Shred all documents that contain personally identifiable information or credit information when done with it.
  • Use anti-virus and anti-spy-ware software and update it frequently.
  • Maintain up to date firewalls.
