Coins are traditionally round and usually come in three standard sizes. Most typical (and economical) is the 1.5" coin. It measures 38mm x 3mm thick. With this size coin we can achieve surprising detail. The coins range in size from 1.75" (45mm) and 2" (51mm.) Below is a chart with standard pricing and die charges for these three sizes.
Coins can be larger (I have seen a 3" coin from the Secretary of the Army.) Coins can be odd shaped (such as to fit a logo or design element.) Some coin options that are not listed specifically here but can be done are: mechanical coin with articulated part, glow in the dark enamel, incorporate a bottle opener or other device into the coin. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination and budget.

Many coin companies do not post pricing up front. They do that because they want to rely on the fact that most people will pay the price presented without question. We always put the prices on-line for you to review.

Die Charges:
Die charges are required for all coin orders of less than 1000 pieces. The dies are proprietary to your project and are kept for two years from latest production run. As long as there are no changes to the design, there is never a new die charge to reproduce the same coins.
Standard 2 dimensional die charges are as follows:
1.5" coin; $50 per side
1.75" coin; $65 per side
2.0" coin, $75 per side
Standard 3 dimensional die charges are as follows:
1.5" coin; $100 per side
1.75" coin; $130 per side
2.0" coin; $150 per side
As an example, the CASRO coin is 2D front and 3D back. The coins size is 1.5" and the die charges would be $50+ $100= $150 total.
